Terms and privacy
A short version in plain language.
1. Free to use
WorkIsThere is free for all users. We charge no commissions, subscriptions or fees for posting, applying or hiring.
2. Payments between users
WorkIsThere does not process or hold payments. Client and freelancer freely agree on the amount and payment method, and they alone are responsible for honoring it.
3. Content
Each user is responsible for the information they post. Posting illegal, misleading or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is prohibited.
4. Reviews
Reviews must reflect real experiences. We may remove fake or abusive reviews.
5. Privacy
We store the data needed to run the platform: your profile, projects, proposals and messages. We don't sell your data to third parties. Your messages are only visible to the participants in each conversation.
6. Files
Files you share in the chat are stored so the other participant can download them. Don't share sensitive information such as passwords or card details.
7. Account
You can edit your profile at any time. To delete your account, write to us from the email you signed up with.
