English-Speaking Technical Representative (Remote – US Hours)

About Us We are an IT staffing firm that specializes in sourcing and placing software engineering professionals for companies seeking development talent. Most of our clients are based in the United States, and many prefer to work with developers presented under US-based profiles. Why We Work with Offshore Developers When a suitable US-based candidate is not available, we may introduce an offshore developer using a US developer profile. This approach allows us to move faster in the hiring process and can be financially beneficial for both you and the company. As part of this arrangement, you may be required to attend job interviews using a different profile. If you are not comfortable with this, this position may not be a good fit. If interviews are successful and a project is secured, you may: • Work on the project directly, or • Attend meetings only and delegate the development work to other developers Requirements English Proficiency (Critical) • Must speak native or near-native English (US/UK standard) • Excellent grammar, strong vocabulary, and clear pronunciation • Accent should closely match a standard US or UK accent • Ability to represent a US-based developer profile in client interactions Technical Background • Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, Python, C#, .NET is preferred • Technical support will be available during interviews • Use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Cursor is allowed • Candidates with 3+ years of IT experience may be considered even without deep expertise, provided they can effectively leverage available tools during interviews Bonus Qualifications • 5+ years of experience with React, C#, .NET, Node.js, or Python Availability • Must be available during US working hours for interviews and communication • Ability to join meetings with up to 2 hours’ notice is preferred (but optional) Compensation • Compensation depends on skills, experience, and English proficiency • Once a project is secured, compensation will vary depending on your role: ◦ Working directly on the project, or ◦ Attending meetings only • If attending meetings only: ◦ You may handle multiple projects ◦ Compensation will be based on the number of projects managed • Because you will be working under a US developer profile, compensation will be more competitive • Payment details will be discussed individually
