Remote, full-time | Latin America | English required

We’re looking for a strong software engineer to help build and improve AI-powered products. This is a fully remote, full-time role open to candidates based in Latin America who can communicate confidently in English. What you’ll do -Design, build, test, and maintain reliable software. -Develop backend services and APIs, and contribute to frontend work where needed. -Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into user-facing products. -Evaluate model outputs, improve quality, and build safeguards and monitoring. -Collaborate with the founder and a small distributed team on technical decisions. -Take ownership of projects from planning through launch. What we’re looking for -Several years of professional software engineering experience. -Strong skills in [Python/TypeScript/Java/etc.] and experience building production systems. -Solid understanding of APIs, databases, testing, cloud deployment, and software architecture. -Practical experience with AI/LLMs, such as model APIs, retrieval-augmented generation, or evaluation workflows. -Strong spoken and written English. -Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time remotely. -A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of relevant work are welcome.
